I’m Amy Rhew — Principal Broker in Oregon, Managing Broker in Washington, and founder of FORT.

For over 30 years, I’ve lived and breathed real estate, from mortgage and marketing to brokerage leadership.

I’ve built my business from the ground up, and every chapter has shaped how I guide clients today: with strategy, clarity, and a steady presence.

In 2021, I created FORT to offer something different.

Not louder. Not flashier.
But stronger. Kinder. Smarter.

Real estate is both science and art. It’s data and discernment. Negotiation and nervous-system regulation. My clients don’t just need contracts managed — they need perspective, advocacy, and someone who can see around corners.
